We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, People Partner who will provide primary HR business partnership and support to the Global Supply Chain function. The ideal candidate will guide work in the areas of strategic workforce planning, organization design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, talent attraction, and diversity and inclusion. This leader will support the senior leaders of the team, acting as a coach, consultant, and business partner to implement broad people strategies and build organizational capabilities. This role drives the people agenda forward, using the power of People function and People Solutions partners for subject matter expertise.

Requirements

  • 7-9+ years combined experience in roles as HR Generalist/Talent Management/Organizational Effectiveness/HR Business Partner
  • Experience in HR Business Partner type role preferred
  • Experience in leading cross-functional team of SME’s to execute People strategies required
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with an advanced degree preferred
  • Experience with supporting a globally dispersed workforce
  • Comfort working with and presenting to executives
  • Experience with employee relations and supply chain investigations
  • Ability to successfully execute against multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to use disparate workforce datasets to help design and drive adoption of people programs
  • Exceptional communication style with an ability to adapt approach to meet needs of audience
  • Demonstrated ability to create relationships and influence partners
  • Adept at forging a collaborative approach and aligning team members/resources to achieve outcomes
  • Experience with developing and delivering group presentations
  • Comfort with Word, PowerPoint and collaborative technologies; high Excel proficiency is required

Responsibilities

  • Work with a great deal of autonomy to own the development and execution of the function’s strategic plans, ensuring that people are positioned to get results.
  • Work in close partnership with our Global People Partner Team to establish the foundational functional people strategies to enable the current Global Supply Chain portfolio and plan for growth over time
  • Support orientation and onboarding activities, modifying existing materials as needed
  • Advise and coach functional leaders on organizational decisions (e.g., staffing, development, employee relations) to ensure that they align with people strategies.
  • Partner with Talent Attraction to prepare leaders for interviews
  • Anticipate and assess the gaps between business needs and people systems/capabilities within Global Supply Chain and use information to drive appropriate actions
  • Customize, implement and embed all talent planning activities (goal setting, development planning, succession planning, annual year-end compensation and performance review process, etc.) with a focus on developing robust teams
  • Align and use the collective resources of the People function to deliver on strategic people plans
  • Function as a liaison aligning efforts of functional partners with other corporate departments.
  • Provide change management, training and development as needed on people policies, practices and initiative deployments. Coordinate with People Solutions on people initiatives and changes affecting Global Supply Chain
  • Craft client-ready communications, presentations and data reports
  • Manage special projects across the People team, engaging partners and supporting communication plans
  • Support a culture of inclusion and engagement within the Global People Partner team and the functions they support
