We’re looking for an engaging, self-starting, and detailed People Partner to join and support our fast-growing people team. You will be a pivotal part of SalesLoft’s success as our go-to for all employee relations. You will work closely with managers to ensure flawless execution of employee support across the organization. With the help of the amazing people team, you will manage all employee questions, concerns, and offboarding including investigations, exit surveys, and interviews. You will analyze trends in employee patterns and partner with the Director to execute strategies that support the long-term success of the business. In addition, you will lead the creation and maintenance of all company policies and compliance.
