We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, People Partner who will provide primary HR business partnership and support to the Global Technology function. The ideal candidate will guide work in the areas of strategic workforce planning, organization design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, talent attraction, and diversity and inclusion. This leader will support the senior leaders of the team, acting as a coach, consultant, and business partner to implement broad people strategies and build organizational capabilities. This role drives the people agenda forward, using the power of People function and People Solutions partners for subject matter expertise.Duties
