Under the direction of the Vice President of Compliance, the Sr. Manager of Compliance will be charged with the overall coordination of the Anew Health Compliance Program's routine functions and annual updates. This includes annual renewals and maintenance of all State Board of Pharmacy licenses, Policy and Procedure development and updates, and development and maintenance of employee compliance training modules. This individual will also ensure the integrity and success of policies and procedures through routine compliance audits. This individual will also be responsible for managing compliance licensing team members. Additional responsibilities will include review and oversight of privacy practices and patient requests and assistance with legal responses (e.g., records subpoenas). The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to partner effectively with all functional areas of the organization with minimal supervision. The Sr. Manager of Compliance will operate with high attention to detail and accuracy.
