Job Summary: The Senior Manager, Compliance is responsible for building and operating a practical, business‑enabling compliance function that turns legal and incentive complexity into a competitive advantage for a renewable energy platform. This role includes managing eligibility for critical tax incentives, supporting financings and transactions, and reducing execution risk and financing delays through clear protocols, training, and monitoring. Working closely with Legal, Finance, Procurement, HR, Tax, and Development teams, the Senior Manager ensures compliance requirements are embedded into everyday business processes. This role will report to the Chief Legal Officer and is designed for a hands‑on leader with strong operational judgment and cross‑functional influence.
