We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Compliance Excellence & Innovation Partners (CEIP) team, which plays a critical role in enabling high-quality execution, consistency, and continuous improvement across Global Compliance Operations. This role supports the effective day-to-day functioning and evolution of global compliance initiatives, platforms, and operational processes. The Senior Manager translates established compliance strategies and priorities into practical workplans and execution support, coordinates delivery across geographies and stakeholders, and helps ensure that core ethics and compliance activities are run efficiently, consistently, and in line with company standards. The role reports to the Vice President, Global Compliance Operations, and partners closely with leaders across the Office of Ethics and Compliance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to strengthen the compliance ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • Significant in-depth understanding of business objectives and how they translate into Business Conduct’s priorities in the areas of monitoring, policy development or training.
  • Experience and ability to manage non-attorney staff is preferred.
  • Must be able to exercise judgment and independently determine and take appropriate action in the areas of monitoring and training where precedent may not exist.
  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years prior industry compliance experience required, preferrably 5+ years of performing similar function at similar company or 6 years of relevant experience with a master's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Partner across the Office of Ethics and Compliance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to support the delivery of Global Compliance initiatives and program enhancements across multiple geographies, including the U.S.
  • Translate defined compliance priorities into clear project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, and support execution through completion.
  • Coordinate execution of Global Compliance support across stakeholders, tracking progress, identifying risks or issues, and helping teams stay aligned and on track
  • Support implementation of assigned initiatives in line with established ethical standards, governance expectations, and operational requirements
  • Provide hands-on operational support for core compliance activities, including initial triage of inquiries received through Global Compliance-supported intake channels, such as Conflict-of-Interest disclosures, ensuring timely routing, prioritization, and coordination with appropriate subject-matter owners
  • Support the deployment and adoption of new or updated compliance tools, platforms, or processes across geographies
  • Contribute to change management efforts by helping develop communications, guidance, and practical resources to support adoption and consistent use of compliance frameworks, tools, and processes
  • Maintain execution tracking for assigned initiatives and operational activities, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues
  • Prepare clear, concise status updates, summaries, and materials for compliance leadership, highlighting progress, key decisions, risks, and recommended actions
  • Support leadership discussions by synthesizing information across projects and identifying themes or cross-cutting issues
  • Identify recurring execution challenges or inefficiencies across compliance operations (e.g., intake management, project handoffs, or resource adoption)
  • Propose and help implement practical improvements to processes, ways of working, or governance to enhance efficiency, consistency, and user experience
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts by helping document and disseminate best practices, lessons learned, and operational insights across the organization.
