We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Community to join our growing team. We’re looking for a builder, someone who understands that community is not just engagement, but a powerful engine for brand growth, cultural relevance, and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate is a strategic community architect who knows how to bring people together both digitally and in the real world. They should be equally comfortable designing global community programs, launching city-level activations, and building digital spaces where customers connect with each other and with the brand. They understand how modern communities form, across group chats, events, creator networks, and shared lifestyle interests, and know how to nurture those spaces so they feel authentic, valuable, and culturally relevant. This person should have strong instincts for culture and relationships, with the ability to identify emerging communities, empower local leaders, and create programs that scale globally without losing the intimacy that makes communities meaningful. They will work closely with Social, PR/Communications, Partnerships, and Events to ensure community is woven into how the brand shows up in culture.
