About The Position

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical Services (RPh) to join our team! Under general direction of the Director, Clinical Services, the Sr. Manager, Clinical Services (RPh) provides strategic and operational leadership for specialty pharmacy clinical services across multiple locations and/or remote teams. This role oversees clinical service delivery, quality performance, regulatory compliance, and clinician development while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and long-term business objectives. The Sr. Manager leads leaders and senior clinicians, drives operational excellence, and partners cross-functionally to scale high-quality, patient-centered clinical programs. The Sr. Manager, Clinical Services (RPh) plays a critical role in advancing Lumicera’s clinical services strategy by identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation, while maintaining regulatory compliance and service excellence. This position serves as a trusted delegate for senior leadership and represents clinical services in internal and external forums as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an ACPE‑accredited School of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
  • Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence required; multi‑state licensure or the ability to obtain reciprocity within required timeframes may be required based on business needs, state laws, or client contracts. Refer to the Licensure and Credentialing Verification P&P for current requirements.
  • 5 years of experience as a licensed Pharmacist required.
  • 3 years of progressive people leadership or clinical operations leadership experience required, including experience leading teams, workflows, or programs.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) credential strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in specialty pharmacy clinical practice strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading leaders, managing complex operations, or supporting multi‑site or remote teams preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic leadership and oversight for specialty pharmacy clinical services, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality care delivery across teams and locations.
  • Leads, mentors, and develops clinical leaders, including managers, supervisors, or senior clinicians, building leadership capability, engagement, and succession readiness.
  • Owns clinical services performance outcomes, including productivity, quality metrics, service levels, and patient experience, using data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Oversees clinical quality and regulatory compliance, partnering with Quality, Compliance, and Pharmacy Leadership to support audits, accreditation, licensure, and risk mitigation efforts.
  • Drives operational optimization and scalability, identifying and implementing improvements to workflows, staffing models, and clinical service delivery to support growth and efficiency.
  • Serves as an escalation point for complex clinical, operational, client, or manufacturer issues requiring senior-level judgment and resolution.
  • Partners cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, IT, HR, Sales, and Account Management to align clinical services with organizational priorities and initiatives.
  • Supports clinical program development and enhancement, contributing to the design, implementation, and evaluation of new or expanded clinical services and patient management programs.
  • Maintains pharmacist licensure and clinical competence and may serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge of record for applicable state licenses as required.
