Job Summary: The Sr. Manager, Category US, will partner with the Director of Category to develop a multi year strategy including product category development, product and occasion positioning and cross functional strategy throughout the marketing campaign life cycle. The Sr. Manager will be asked to identify key marketing brand priorities for the year and contribute to developing a market plan to achieve these goals. This includes working with franchise partners in developing their marketing calendars to drive sales and brand initiatives to deliver against our business and brand goals. This individual will also manage a direct report, including guiding the development of their capabilities across brand marketing functions and setting up a value driven team culture. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.
