About The Position

As a Senior Manager, Category Development , you’ll lead portfolio and category strategies for Celsius Holdings largest and most strategic National Accounts. This role brings syndicated, shopper, and retailer data together to influence customer decisions, shape JBPs, and accelerate category and brand growth across the Energy category. You’ll bring strong commercial instincts, storytelling capability, and a deep understanding of how category dynamics shape retail outcomes.

Requirements

5–7+ years of experience in Category Development, Category Management, Shopper Insights, or a related CPG commercial role.
Extensive experience with syndicated data (Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ) and retailer platforms (Luminate, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to influence retail buyers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Analytics preferred).
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
Strong analytical capability and ability to simplify complex insights.
Ability to travel 30–50% for customer meetings and internal planning cycles.

Responsibilities

Category Strategy Development Lead category strategy and insight development for National and key strategic customers. Identify retailer-specific opportunities in assortment, space, pricing, and promotion.
Retailer Collaboration & Influence Serve as the category advisor for select National Accounts. Build retailer-ready narratives that drive category growth and improve brand performance.
Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate with Sales, RGM, Shopper, and Commercial Planning to build aligned customer strategies. Support JBPs, customer business reviews, and channel planning with category-led recommendations.
Analytics & Reporting Analyze category and shopper trends, competitive performance, and retailer dynamics. Build dashboards, tools, and insight resources that elevate commercial planning.
