About The Position
The Enterprise Business Architecture (EBA) team serves as the organization’s connective blueprint – linking business strategy to technology execution through clear capabilities, value streams, processes, organizational constructs, information, and decision frameworks. As a strategic discipline, the team aligns business vision, product direction, and technology execution into an end-to-end unified model that drives clarity, consistency, and accelerates enterprise-wide technology transformation. Operating at the intersection of strategy, design, and delivery, the team shapes the Enterprise Business Capability Model (EBCM) and the operating frameworks that enable product, engineering, and business functions to innovate and deliver future-ready outcomes at scale, and unlock enterprise impact with speed, trust, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strategic systems thinker with the ability to see the “enterprise whole” and connect disparate moving parts into a unified blueprint.
- Management consulting-caliber communicator/storyteller, with exceptional executive presence and analytical rigor.
- Collaborator who excels at bringing Product, Engineering, and Business leaders into alignment.
- Builder who can create frameworks, models, and governance structures that scale.
- Change leader energized by complexity, ambiguity, and enterprise transformation.
- Risk-architecture oriented leader with experience connecting business capabilities, processes, controls, operational risk, regulatory obligations, and data governance into enterprise architecture blueprint.
