About The Position

The Senior Manager, Brand Social Media will lead the channel management and execution for our brand social, boosted, and influencer content. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Social Media, this role will be essential in the ongoing transformation of the company’s social presence, with a focus on delivering robust content to key audiences across NM’s existing social architecture. They will work closely with the brand, creative, data and talent teams to bring social projects to life.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, agency or client side.
  • Previous experience managing social channels for a business or agency clients.
  • Strong judge of creative and knowledge of social best practices.
  • Proficiency in a variety of social media tools and systems, including reporting capabilities (Hearsay, Dynamic Signal, Sprinklr or similar).

Nice To Haves

  • Financial services experience or experience in similarly regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver channel strategy and content for brand campaigns and initiatives while working closely with business partners.
  • Responsible for managing social media channels, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Threads.
  • Own always-on influencer strategy, reporting, and partnership with external agency.
  • Partners with external agency to manage boosted strategy, calendar, and reporting.
  • Partners with compliance, including representing social on the Social Media Policy Committee, to lead solution finding for any brand or industry issues.
  • Responsible for closely monitoring trends on social media to identify opportunities for content creation, storytelling, and community management.
