The Senior Manager, Benefits Systems Administration will work with the Aramark Benefits team which means touching the lives of all our employees from stadiums to hospitals, schools, and more! This role will work in our fast-paced, vibrant environment to lead the optimization and delivery of our U.S. benefits technology ecosystem, supporting a workforce of over 140,000 US employees within a 250,000-employee global organization. This role is critical to advancing a digital-first benefits experience, owning the platforms, integrations, and data that power benefits administration, employee engagement, and decision support. You will partner closely with Benefits, HR Technology, Payroll, and external vendors to deliver a scalable, secure, and consumer-grade technology experience. Benefits is a tight knit team that works hard to support each other to seek out new tasks, take ownership of work and innovation, and drive positive impact while growing and developing professionally. This position is a hybrid role based out of Philadelphia. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how benefits are delivered—leveraging technology to create a seamless, intelligent, and personalized employee experience at enterprise scale.
