About The Position

Tiger Analytics is seeking an Engagement Lead to join their advanced analytics and AI team. This role involves supporting large enterprise clients by taking End-to-End Engagement Ownership, translating business problems into analytics and AI solutions, managing senior client stakeholders, leading cross-functional delivery teams, and driving account growth through business development. The company is a fast-growing AI services firm that partners with leading organizations to transform businesses using AI, Generative AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Advanced Analytics.

Requirements

10-16 years of professional work experience, with at least 7 years in data analytics.
Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from the client’s team to translate business problems into a high-level analytics solution approach.
Experience working within the Retail/CPG domain.
Strong ability to oversee, support, and unblock cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Demonstrated ability to identify business needs, pitch solutions, and drive account expansion.
Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Engagement Ownership: Take full accountability for client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring the successful execution of data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
Strategic Translation: Act as the bridge between business and technology by translating complex business problems into viable, scalable analytics and AI solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Manage, cultivate, and expand relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and support cross-functional delivery teams consisting of data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to ensure high-quality project execution.
Account Growth & Business Development: Proactively "mine the account" by identifying new opportunities, shaping proposals, and expanding the client footprint to drive sustained account growth.
Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to help embed analytic outputs in business processes.
