Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
8+ years of engineering experience in systems engineering, power conversion, data centers, energy storage, or related technologies.
4+ years leading multifunctional technical teams.
Strong systems thinking and electrical engineering fundamentals.
Experience with modeling, simulation, and system validation.
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers focused on advanced power system solutions.
Develop system architectures and technical solutions for AIDC and SST applications.
Collaborate with customers, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
Lead modeling, simulation, and validation efforts to support solution development.
Provide technical leadership during initial deployments and key customer projects.
Manage external consultants and contractors as needed to achieve business objectives.
