Essential Functions Adhere to and enforce highest standards in safety and good manufacturing practices plant-wide Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures related to all water processing equipment, including mold injection machines Rapid identification of machine problems to minimize equipment downtime with root cause analysis conducted to prevent re-occurrence Partner with other Maintenance mechanics to resolve cross-functional problems Use of available software systems to analyze and identify issues to drive throughout performance SIPA injection molding machines consisting of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems Auxiliary systems including resin handling/blending, resin drying, dehumidification, vision inspection, conveying, and cooling systems. Mold injection systems, internal hot runner and cold half maintenance, identification of component wear and troubleshooting through detailed inspection of produced products We strive to foster an environment that celebrates differences in our teams at all PWI locations. Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Effective communication of issues and solutions to cross-functional team members
Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
Skilled in the use of equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press, mill and lathe, and assorted power tools
Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges
10 years' experience in OEM integrations
10 Years Industrial Maintenance experience

Nice To Haves

Prefer Preventative Maintenance on a wide variety of industrial maintenance equipment, to include Mold Injection equipment, prefer experience with SIPA
Prefer injection mold material processing and material/resin dryers
Prefer formal certifications or education in PLC
Prefer experience with PLC - Rockwell Allen Bradley and Siemens.

Responsibilities
