About The Position

The Sr. Maintenance Manager is a senior member of the plant leadership team and plays a key role in strategic planning and execution across plant performance dimensions, including safety, quality, delivery/service, cost, and people. The role leads the entire Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) organization and is responsible for uptime and equipment life throughout the plant, including manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facilities.

Requirements

• Strong operational, manufacturing, and maintenance leadership experience in the CPG industry.
• Hands-on experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, safety, and GMP standards.
• Engineering background with strong financial and business acumen.
• Project management skills and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
• Progressive Maintenance (PM) expertise and spare parts management experience.
• Experience with SAP systems, including ERP applications for scheduling and inventory management, and knowledge of the PM module.
• Basic knowledge of technology and engineering automation.
• 15 years of experience in maintenance roles in the CPG industry, or a combination of maintenance, engineering, and manufacturing experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in leadership roles.
• A record of developing maintenance and reliability systems and teams, improving OEE, and delivering substantial cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior staff member on the plant leadership team.
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution across plant performance dimensions: safety, quality, delivery/service, cost, and people.
• Lead the entire Maintenance & Reliability organization.
• Ensure plant-wide equipment uptime and equipment life, covering manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facilities.
• Develop maintenance and reliability systems and teams.
• Drive improvements in overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and deliver cost savings.
