About The Position
A well established South Carolina law firm, seeks a Sr-level Family Law Attorney to join their thriving Rock Hill team! QUALIFICATIONS: Highly experienced with SC divorce, child custody disputes, and alimony cases; preferably Tri-county court experience Seeking a candidate who is interested in earning partnership 7+ years of family law litigation experience is a MUST 1st chair family law experience Licensed to practice law in the state of SC; NC license is a plus Impeccable professional reputation with a positive perspective Has the technical skills where new programs can be quickly learned Values and thrives in a team-based approach Value Excellent verbal and written communication skills DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide superior customer service to all clients Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end Work with a team of professionals to provide the best possible case strategy Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction QUALIFIED ATTORNEY'S WILL BE CONTACTED
Requirements
- Highly experienced with SC divorce, child custody disputes, and alimony cases
- 7+ years of family law litigation experience is a MUST
- 1st chair family law experience
- Licensed to practice law in the state of SC
