Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on family law litigation experience
- Active membership and good standing in the CA Bar
- Confident decision-making and a calm courtroom presence
- Excellent communication and client-relations skills
- Tech-savvy, organized, and ready to hit the ground running
Responsibilities
- Advocate for clients in court, mediation, and negotiations
- Build and execute legal strategies that make a meaningful difference
- Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with precision and purpose
- Guide clients with clarity, compassion, and confidence
- Mentor and collaborate with paralegals, law clerks, and admin staff
- Take the lead on internal operations—from billing to client communications
