Responsibilities: As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for managing cases from intake through resolution, including: Representing clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and related proceedings Conducting client consultations, providing clear legal guidance, and setting realistic expectations Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and court filings. Managing cases through all stages of litigation, including hearings, mediations, and trials Appearing in court to advocate on behalf of clients and Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes efficiently and professionally Collaborating with legal staff and fellow attorneys to ensure timely and high-quality case handling Maintaining accurate case documentation and compliance with Texas family law procedures Delivering compassionate, client-centered service while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards What you Bring: Must have 3-5+ years of experience Must have active TX Bar and experience working cases in the state Must be willing to work in office M-F Open to working in Dallas What We Bring: To hire the best, they offer a competitive benefits package including health insurance, generous paid time off, dental insurance, retirement savings plan, life and AD&D insurance, and vision insurance.
