Requirements

• A licensed attorney in NC with 2+ years of experience in family law.
• In the courtroom, early, prepared, and confident.
• Obsessed with results, not excuses.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
• Driven by client satisfaction and professional growth.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable (experience with Clio is a plus).
• Ability to pivot and land at a moment's notice.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a big bonus.

Responsibilities

• Owns a full caseload of family law matters: divorce, custody, child support, domestic violence, and post-decree issues.
• Appear confidently in court and negotiate from a position of strength.
• Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and build persuasive legal strategies.
• Communicate with clients frequently, keeping them informed and confident.
• Work with intake, paralegals, and legal assistants to push cases forward without delay.
• Hit deadlines.
• Drive results.
• Close cases.
• Protect families.
