This position leads and directs the efficient and effective development of client relationships (farmers and ranchers operating in local/regional food systems); to provide creative, valuable solutions to client problems; and to provide value-added service by cross-selling all of the organization’s financial services to existing clients when a need has been identified. Actively participates in the development and implementation of client solutions. Leads sales and marketing efforts in a specific market and is a trusted advisor. Provides subject matter expertise and influences industry growth for specialized industries.
