How YOU can make a difference We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Leave & Accommodation Senior Specialist to lead the administration of FMLA, WA Paid Family & Medical Leave (PFML), ADA accommodations, and related leave and benefit programs. Supporting a dedicated workforce of 800+, you will serve as our internal expert on complex leave laws (FMLA, WA PFML, ADA), and key benefit programs. This is a critical role that balances technical compliance with a compassionate, employee-centered approach. You will be responsible for overseeing and administering employee leaves, accommodations requests, and support administration of health and welfare benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, and COBRA. The Leaves & Accommodation Sr. Specialist will also act as the functional lead for our HRIS (ADP), building custom reports, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights for agency leadership.
