About The Position

As a Learning & Talent Development Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the operational delivery of global learning initiatives. You'll work closely with senior program leads, HR partners, and business stakeholders to ensure programs are executed effectively and meet learner needs.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly.
  • Working in a global environment with diverse and remote team members.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning tools (e.g. SAP Successfactors, Udemy).
  • Exposure to instructional design or adult learning principles.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Interest in growing into a strategic L&D or talent development role.
  • Leveraging AI tools in the space of Learning and Talent Development.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing the delivery of learning programs, including scheduling, communications, and logistics.
  • Supporting program design and content development through research, vendor coordination, and stakeholder input.
  • Managing program setup and tracking in learning platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Udemy).
  • Monitoring program performance and learner feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Preparing reports and dashboards to communicate program outcomes and insights.
  • Ensuring alignment with Seagate's values and global talent development goals.
  • Contributing to process documentation and continuous improvement efforts.
