The Sr. Leader, Programs and Field Sales Activation leads the development, implementation, execution, and continuous optimization of TireHub’s sales and marketing programs, while owning field sales marketing activation, communication, and training strategy. This role is accountable for translating program strategy into field execution and ensuring sales teams are equipped, aligned, and activated to deliver against key metrics including sales volume, product mix, and profitability. This leader integrates program management, training ownership, and field activation into a single, cohesive capability that drives measurable performance outcomes across the field sales organization. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing.
