About The Position

The Sr. Leader, Programs and Field Sales Activation leads the development, implementation, execution, and continuous optimization of TireHub’s sales and marketing programs, while owning field sales marketing activation, communication, and training strategy. This role is accountable for translating program strategy into field execution and ensuring sales teams are equipped, aligned, and activated to deliver against key metrics including sales volume, product mix, and profitability. This leader integrates program management, training ownership, and field activation into a single, cohesive capability that drives measurable performance outcomes across the field sales organization. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Program Management.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in program management, sales activation, or training.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience in sales force training, communication strategy, and field enablement.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience with performance measurement, reporting, and ROI analysis.
  • Strong understanding of program management, sales activation, and training methodologies.
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable field execution.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to drive clarity and alignment at scale.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM, data analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to lead change and drive adoption across a distributed sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the end-to-end lifecycle of TireHub’s sales and marketing programs, including development, implementation, execution, and administration.
  • Owns program roadmap inclusive of internal and external solutions to drive customer and sales performance.
  • Accountable for program ROI, performance metrics, and continuous optimization of program effectiveness.
  • Develops and oversees program dealer engagement processes, tools, and materials.
  • Partners with manufacturer partners to implement, monitor, and optimize joint programs.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with Pricing, Brand, Sales Operations, and Marketing to align program strategy and execution.
  • Oversees program-related communications, reporting, and data distribution for field sales and customers.
  • Owns activation of all programs and marketing initiatives within the field sales organization.
  • Ensures clear translation of strategy into actionable field execution plans.
  • Partners with Sales Leaders and Sales Hub leadership to drive adoption and execution against defined success metrics.
  • Identifies performance gaps and deploys targeted activation strategies to improve results.
  • Drives field accountability through structured feedback loops, performance tracking, and ongoing engagement.
  • Serves as the primary bridge between program strategy and field execution realities.
  • Owns communication strategy for field sales, including priorities, opportunities, tools, and program updates.
  • Establishes consistent, scalable communication channels to drive clarity and alignment across the sales organization.
  • Ensures messaging is clear, actionable, and tied directly to business outcomes.
  • Develops and maintains communication cadence aligned to go-to-market priorities and program calendars.
  • Partners with leadership to ensure alignment between strategic priorities and field-level execution.
  • Owns the Learning & Development function for Sales & Marketing, including strategy, curriculum, and execution.
  • Leads development and deployment of training programs to build skills, knowledge, and capabilities across the sales organization.
  • Ensures continuous assessment and improvement of organizational knowledge and performance.
  • Partners with HR and business leaders to define training needs, delivery plans, and success metrics.
  • Integrates training directly into program launches and field activation efforts to ensure adoption and execution.
  • Leads and develops Learning & Development resources and specialists.
  • Acquires, analyzes, and utilizes customer and field feedback to optimize programs, activation strategies, and communications.
  • Leverages data and insights to continuously refine go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Identifies trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Leads a cross-functional team including Program Managers, Analyst, and Learning & Development resources.
  • Builds a high-performance culture focused on ownership, accountability, and execution.
  • Develops team capabilities aligned to evolving business needs.
  • Ensures individual personal adherence to TireHub policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-person, virtual or computer-based learning modules as assigned.
  • Completes other tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of Leadership, as requested.
