This position is responsible for owning lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across the full customer journey—from lead generation through loan origination and into long-term customer retention. The role is accountable for advancing customers through the funnel by designing, deploying, and optimizing lifecycle programs that drive transfers to Loan Officers, support mid-funnel progression to origination, and increase cross-sell and retention within the servicing portfolio. This position is both strategic and hands-on, partnering closely with Sales, Contact Strategy, Product, Data, and Technology teams, while maintaining direct ownership of lifecycle platforms, audience design, campaign execution, measurement, and optimization.
