Responsible for owning lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across the full customer journey—from lead generation through loan origination and into long-term customer retention. Accountable for advancing customers through the funnel by designing, deploying, and optimizing lifecycle programs that drive transfers to Loan Officers, support mid-funnel progression to origination, and increase cross-sell and retention within the servicing portfolio. This position is both strategic and hands-on. The role partners closely with Sales, Contact Strategy, Product, Data, and Technology teams, while maintaining direct ownership of lifecycle platforms, audience design, campaign execution, measurement, and optimization. The Director defines success metrics, translates business goals into lifecycle programs, and continuously iterates based on performance data.
