About The Position

The Sr. Lead – Assembly, is responsible for driving daily execution of production across Flow and Flex product lines ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery targets are consistently achieved. This role leads frontline teams, removes production barriers, and drives accountability for performance, while serving as the key link between operations and leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 1–3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Strong background in production scheduling, material handling, and inventory control.
• Experience operating manufacturing and specialty equipment.
• Experience analyzing production data and implementing process improvements.
• Background in quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to step into hands-on production roles when required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (including over-communication when necessary).

• Technical certification, vocational training, or associate degree in Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own daily execution of the production schedule to meet output and delivery targets
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to maximize throughput and efficiency
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement immediate corrective actions
• Support equipment setup, changeovers, and uptime performance
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet performance expectations
• Hold employees accountable to safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Support performance management, including evaluations and timecard approvals
• Reinforce a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to all quality standards, work instructions, and customer requirements
• Drive immediate resolution of quality issues to minimize scrap and rework
• Enforce safety standards and actively support HSEQ initiatives
• Own and reinforce Brief/Debrief & WorkSafe Card engagement
• Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Analyze production data to identify trends and performance gaps
• Maintain clear communication with leadership and cross-functional teams
