About The Position

As a Senior Lead Architect at JPMorganChase within the Kinexys team, you will design and implement innovative solutions, collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products. This role is ideal for someone who prefers technical depth and direct contribution over traditional management responsibilities.

Requirements

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
Strong experience designing and building technology solutions, with a focus on hands-on architecture and implementation.
Proficient in automation, CI/CD, and all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, application resiliency, and security.
Practical experience with cloud-native platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Demonstrated experience working with public blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Hyperledger, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems.

Nice To Haves

Experience working at the code level (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or similar languages).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
Experience integrating blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions, working directly with engineering teams and writing production-quality code as needed.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding best practices in architecture, design, and implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements, compliance standards, and security best practices.
Identify and resolve technical challenges, proactively addressing dependencies and integration points with other teams and platforms.
Drive adoption of automation, CI/CD, and cloud-native technologies to improve delivery speed and reliability.
Contribute to the evaluation, integration, and implementation of public blockchain technologies and protocols.
Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
