Requirements

10+ Years of experience.
Strong Java development experience with React, Kafka, and Azure.
Demonstrated technical leadership, including the ability to guide design decisions, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices.
Ability to quickly learn new business domains and become productive in existing systems.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving solutions independently.
Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices.
Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native application development.
Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to quickly understand and contribute within an existing architecture and codebase.
Experience working in embedded delivery models alongside established engineering teams.
Strong focus on knowledge sharing, mentoring, and leaving teams better equipped after the engagement.
Proven ability to deliver value rapidly while maintaining high engineering standards, code quality, and sound software engineering practices.
Deep expertise in Java and backend application development.
Strong experience designing and building APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and Kafka-based integrations.
Experience with Azure cloud services, containerized applications, and distributed systems.
Deep expertise in React and modern TypeScript/JavaScript development.
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, testing, accessibility, and performance optimization.
