This role plans, monitors and manages medium to large scale technology projects from initiation through completion, focusing on enhancing digital capabilities such as patient access, AI, and automation. Leads critical project management activities, including but not limited to scope management planning, requirements management planning, project schedule management, stakeholder management planning, risk management planning, procurement/subcontract management plans, cost/financial management plans, quality management plans, and communication management plans. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule and cost. Monitors performance, adherence to scope and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Establishes and maintains strong partnerships with senior leadership, internal and external clinical, financial, operational and research stakeholders, and IT build teams. Responsible for leadership of strategic program activities and coordination of multiple related projects, working with operational team leads to understand project health, risks and issues within the Office of Digital Health Innovation, ensuring consistency with organizational strategy, commitments and goals. Acts as an expert regarding project management methodology and tools. Provides mentorship and coaching of project coordinators.
