Sr. IT Procurement Consultant
About The Position
They will have to work onsite 4 days a week in the Chicago Bridge and Iron Building in the Woodlands. No exceptions!!! We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sr. IT Procurement Analyst to lead and enhance our IT procurement operations, vendor onboarding, and contract lifecycle management. This role will be responsible for ensuring procurement best practices, optimizing vendor performance, and serving as a key liaison between IT, Legal, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT sourcing, contract review, and financial compliance processes within a complex enterprise environment.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or sourcing roles within a corporate or enterprise setting
- Deep knowledge of procurement processes, financial operations, and contract administration, particularly within the IT domain
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) and procurement tools for PO creation, tracking, and reporting
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex contract portfolios and vendor relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline required
Nice To Haves
- Master's or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, PMP) is a plus
