Sr. IT Manager and Kinaxis Solution Architect
About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Kinaxis Solution Architect with 8+ years of expertise in supply chain planning solutions and deep hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse. This role is accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle management of the Advanced Planning solution landscape, including roadmap definition, architecture, solution design, integration, delivery, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of functional supply chain expertise, deep Kinaxis technical architecture capabilities, and proven leadership experience, along with a solid understanding of SAP ECC/S/4HANA integrations. Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement, vendor partnership, and team leadership skills to drive scalable, business-aligned planning solutions. You will report directly to our Director of IT, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite Monday – Friday.
