Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2–3 years of customer-facing, retail stocking, warehouse, chemical management, order management, or inventory-control experience.
  • Confident using RF handheld scanners, barcode scanners, or mobile scanning applications.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Keen attention to detail, organization, and accuracy with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter who demonstrates accountability, problem-solving skills, safety awareness, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Use handheld RF scanners and mobile applications to perform replenishments, stock rotation, cycle counts, inventory audits, order entry, returns, and backorder processing.
  • Receive and inspect shipments; scan, label, and store materials and chemicals while maintaining accurate, up-to-date inventory records and following applicable storage and compatibility requirements.
  • Proactively monitor inventory levels and flag gaps or issues to prevent operational impacts.
  • Support order-related activities, including entering, updating, expediting, and processing orders and returns, and assist with customer inquiries regarding order status, availability, and delivery.
  • Own customer interactions-- respond to email, following up by phone, and partnering with internal teams to resolve questions and provide timely, solution-focused service.
  • Read and interpret Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and follow applicable chemical handling, storage, labeling, and safety requirements.
  • Uphold safety and organization standards in every work area by following site guidelines.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
