About The Position

The Sr. Integrity Operation Manager leads the delivery of integrity management contracts and projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent execution. This role is accountable for operational performance, resource planning, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring client side operational experience, enabling them to deliver with empathy, anticipate operational constraints, and align delivery with client expectations. This role also leads the operational adoption, rollout, and embedding of new technologies and products developed by the organisation.
