Alkami's Sr. Integration Success Engineer is a post-sale, lifecycle-focused technical role that sits at the intersection of software engineering, technical support & consulting, and customer enablement. You'll be the primary technical partner for financial institutions (FIs) and their development teams and system integrators as they build, test, and launch custom integrations using the Alkami SDK and platform APIs. You will serve as the first line of defense for all inbound SDK tickets from financial institutions, system integrators, and vendors- triaging each engagement to determine whether it can be resolved through a standard ticket interaction or requires scoping and execution as a formal project. You are the person who prevents problems before they reach production- guiding integration architecture, providing hands-on troubleshooting, and providing break/fix support.
