This role is responsible for defining, implementing, and sustaining the learning strategies for NiSource Gas and Electric Operations. The incumbent partners with line of business stakeholders and leadership to identify, project, and prioritize organizational competency needs. They develop and drive learning initiatives to meet business priorities and drive continuous improvement through data-based decisions and processes.
