About The Position

The Sr. Institutional Engagement Program Coordinator will partner with the Associate Director for Cancer Disparities Research and Research Integration to plan, develop, and implement institutional engagement programs and initiatives that advance the organization's mission in an inclusive and intersectional manner. The Sr. Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and oversight of programmatic activities related to institutional engagement at FCCC, including supporting research initiatives, coordinating communications and outreach with the Engagement Council and its subcommittees, and assisting with internal and external engagement efforts. This role provides advanced programmatic and operational support, contributes to the development of engagement processes and metrics, and serves as a central point of communication among engagement leadership and institutional stakeholders. The Sr. Institutional Engagement Program Coordinator works under the direction of the Associate Director for Cancer Disparities Research and Research Integration, with day-to-day guidance from the Director of Institutional Engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • 2 years in engagement program coordination, communications, or research administration.
  • Demonstrated success supporting or managing institutional initiatives.
  • General experience with health engagement research.
  • General experience in program coordination and administration.
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing engagement and contributing to fostering a working environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree.
  • General experience in a healthcare setting.
