About The Position

Previous airport project experience is a big plus. As the Senior Field Inspector, you’ll coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years in construction field inspection, with a strong focus on concrete
- Prior experience as a Field Inspector or Field Engineer
- Understanding of QA/QC plans, safety protocols, and project procedures manuals
- Familiarity with tools like PMWeb, Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Word, and similar platforms
- Experience supervising and coordinating teams of two or more inspectors
- Strong reporting and coordination skills
Nice To Haves
- College degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
- OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification (minimum requirement)
- NICET Certification (highly preferred)
- Previous airport project experience
Responsibilities
- Lead daily field inspections and enforce compliance with contract terms
- Monitor construction progress and prepare daily reports
- Review plans for constructability and adherence to design objectives
- Evaluate contractor resources, schedules, and quality of work
- Coordinate inspection team schedules and ensure documentation accuracy
- Attend and participate in weekly contractor progress meetings
- Facilitate resolution of on-site issues and discrepancies
- Oversee temporary utilities, site logistics, and field operations
- Supervise and guide field inspection staff
