Lenovo's OEM Solutions group partners with customers across industries - including healthcare, manufacturing, energy, and retail - to embed Lenovo technology into their solutions. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven OEM Solutions Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Lenovo's OEM solutions, working closely with customers to understand their unique needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their business goals. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in quota carrying sales position, preferably in the technology sector. Experience with OEM Solutions is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that leverage Lenovo's OEM Solutions products.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Lenovo's OEM Solutions product portfolio and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Reporting: Regularly update sales activities, customer feedback, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
  • Training & Development: Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
