The Inside Sales Sr. Account Manager for Key Customers & Compliance is responsible for collaborating with Messer’s Key Customer Managers with value-add proposals/bids, strategy, contract negotiations, and to grow relationships with key customers while ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contract requirements. This role will mentor the Inside Sales Team and Supervise the Inside Sales Account Manager of Compliance. The role requires a proactive sales professional with strong customer relationship management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex compliance processes.
