About The Position

We’re seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Senior Influencer & Social Manager to lead Conductor’s influencer, social, and external community efforts. This role is primarily focused on building and scaling influencer programs and social engagement that drive brand credibility and demand for Conductor. The role will also serve as the primary point of contact for Conductor’s PR agency, ensuring strong alignment and effective use of external expertise for press and media relations. This position blends storytelling, relationship-building, and program management— ideal for a communications leader who understands how to leverage creators, communities, and social platforms to influence awareness, trust, and consideration across the buyer journey.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in communications, social, or influencer marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or digital marketing.
  • Experience developing and managing influencer or ambassador programs.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills—comfortable drafting short form content.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven and skilled at measuring program success.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with media databases and influencer management platforms is a plus.
  • Experience supporting executive visibility efforts (bylines, speaking, podcasts) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Conductor’s influencer and social strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, brand awareness and share of voice in the AEO, SEO and digital marketing space.
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with industry influencers, creators, analysts, and community leaders, with a focus on long-term partnerships and credibility.
  • Own and manage Conductor’s social content calendar, developing and publishing content that amplifies influencer partnerships, Conductor’s thought leadership, product narratives, and community insights.
  • Lead influencer programs end-to-end, including campaign planning, content collaboration, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Build & manage Conductor’s external community presence, including Reddit and other online marketing communities, developing thoughtful engagement strategies that build trust and surface insights, and foster authentic dialogue with the s.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Conductor’s PR agency, managing the relationship, setting priorities, and leveraging the agency’s expertise to support media strategy and press opportunities.
  • Build Conductor’s presence and engagement within Reddit and online marketing platforms, fostering authentic dialogue within the Marketing community.
  • Collaborate closely with content, demand, and social teams to ensure consistent messaging across owned, earned, and influencer-driven channels.
  • Track and report on influencer, social, and earned media performance, using insights to optimize programs and inform broader marketing strategy.
  • Stay current on platform trends, emerging creators, community best practices, and FTC disclosure requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the content and social teams to ensure consistency across earned, owned, and paid channels.
