Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience
- Valid Virginia HVAC Journeyman or Master License (verification required during application)
- Deep technical knowledge of mechanical systems: HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance
- Strong familiarity with state and local mechanical codes
Nice To Haves
- Experience with advanced refrigeration systems
- Additional certifications in plumbing or building automation systems
- Leadership experience in a multi-facility environment
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day mechanical operations across HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems
