The Sr. HR Manager serves as a strategic partner and operational lead for all HR functions within the Southern Division. This role supports the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and workforce planning. The Sr. HR Manager ensures alignment with The Nature Conservancy’s (TNC) values and strategic goals, fostering a culture of inclusion, equity, and continuous improvement. The Sr. HR Manager administers and enhances HR systems, policies, and programs in compliance with statutory regulations and The Nature Conservancy’s internal policies. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. The Sr. HR Manager anticipates and resolves moderately complex HR issues and partners closely with division management and the HR senior leaders to deliver impactful HR solutions.
