Overall Purpose The Senior Human Resources Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving HR initiatives that align with business goals, enhance employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Engineering, Sales, and other key departments—to deliver impactful HR solutions. This position leans into the business, providing essential support across core HR functions such as Talent and Performance Management, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Compliance, and other foundational areas.
