You will develop and own HR strategies for the Olathe site, providing day-to-day HR direction on strategy and execution. You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage staffing, organizational development, and talent management. You will align HR principles with business objectives and promote talent and growth through organizational transformations and staffing strategies. You will report to the Central Sr. HR Director and work from the Olathe, KS location on a hybrid schedule. At Honeywell, our leaders develop and support employees to drive change.
