The Senior HR Manager, Offshore – North America & Caribbean, is a strategic and operational HR leader responsible for developing and executing the people strategy across offshore operations in East Canada, the Gulf of America (GoA), Trinidad & Tobago, Suriname, and Guyana. As the primary HR business partner to the Offshore Operations Leader and a key partner to multiple Operations Managers, this role ensures HR solutions enable safe, reliable, and high‑performance operations in a geographically dispersed and culturally diverse environment. This leader manages a team of two HR Business Partners and is expected to operate with a high degree of independence, sound judgment, and strategic foresight. The role also oversees field and leadership development programs that strengthen workforce capability and build a sustainable talent pipeline for offshore operations.
