About The Position

Legrand’s Cablofil division has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Mascoutah, IL, part of the St. Louis metro area. This is a highly visible, hands-on HR role where you will partner closely with leaders and employees to strengthen the employee experience, support business priorities, and help build a positive, engaging workplace culture. You will support a broad range of HR activities, including staffing and onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee engagement, company events, training and development, health and safety administration, policy interpretation, labor law compliance, and HR/payroll system transactions. You will also partner with Corporate HR and HR Operations on key projects, programs, and day-to-day HR support. The ideal candidate is a trusted HR partner who brings strong communication, coaching, influencing, and employee relations skills, along with a passion for helping people and the business succeed.
