This role ensures internal client HR needs are met, serves as a subject matter expert, and supports the execution of HR strategies. Key contributions include facilitating conflict resolution, assisting with negotiations, counseling business management on HR matters, and coaching senior leaders on talent practices. The position operates with broad parameters, handles complex topics using expert functional knowledge, and provides guidance to less experienced staff, often covering a complex region or large country with over 1,000 employees. The role also contributes to policy assessment and definition, and involves frequent interaction with senior leaders, requiring advanced communication and influencing skills.
