Requirements

  • Significant specialized experience (6-10 years’ experience in same or related field).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting positions, interviewing candidates, developing qualified candidate pipelines, and partnering with business leaders and property HR to ensure timely hiring.
  • Guides managers through staffing requests and conducts targeted recruiting efforts for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Advises employees and managers on employee relations, performance, engagement, and development concerns while conducting timely investigations and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Partners with leadership, legal representatives, and the CHRO to address complex employee matters, regulatory inquiries, and training needs.
  • Supports talent management, succession planning, retention, performance improvement, and leadership development initiatives to strengthen the organization's workforce and talent pipeline.
  • Facilitates individual and group training programs, including Discovery Day II, Discovery Day III, and Level Up Leadership.
  • Provides property HR leadership in the absence of the HR Director while supporting department operations, budgeting, engagement initiatives, and partnerships with the host property.
  • Supervises and mentors HR team members, represents HR in leadership meetings and financial calls, and provides operational support to the General Manager as needed.
